Lack of enforcement of trade rules by the U.S. government means that the odds are stacked against American workers.
U.S. trade laws, when enforced, create a fair environment for trade, allowing U.S. companies to remain competitive in a global market.
The U.S. must enforce its own trade rules and hold other nations accountable for their failure to follow the rules.
